Origins of Cardiac Fibroblasts and Its Effects on Myocardial Fibrosis

摘要 成纤维细胞作为主要作用细胞,通过多种来源、多种途径聚集在心脏,表型转化为肌成纤维细胞、分泌细胞外基质及生物活性因子从而引起心肌纤维化。本篇综述了生长发育过程和心肌纤维化过程中心脏成纤维细胞的来源及各型心脏相关疾病所致心肌纤维化的成纤维细胞的主要起源。 As the main cells in the heart,cardiac fibroblasts,gathering through a variety of sources and ways,can switch its phenotype into myofibroblasts,then secrete extracellular matrix and bioactice factors,and induce cardiac fibrosis.In this review,we elaborate the sources of cardiac fibroblasts in the process of growth and fibrosis and the major origins of fibroblasts in various heartrelated diseases that induce cardiac fibrosis.
