摘要
目的:探讨盆底康复治疗对女性轻度压力性尿失禁患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院轻度压力性尿失禁患者96例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,观察组48例给予生物反馈电刺激的盆底康复治疗,对照组48例给予凯格尔运动的常规方法。治疗3个月后比较两组患者尿失禁的严重程度。结果:轻度压力性尿失禁患者接受生物反馈电刺激或凯格尔运动后,尿失禁评分均明显下降,与治疗前相比,有显著统计学差异(P<0.001),而生物反馈电刺激组与凯格尔运动组比较,尿失禁评分下降更显著(P<0.001)。结论:无论是生物反馈电刺激还是凯格尔运动均是有效治疗轻度压力性尿失禁的盆底康复治疗方案,但生物反馈电刺激的疗效更佳。生物反馈电刺激是一种安全有效而且简单的治疗方法,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of pelvic floor rehabilitation on female patients with mild stress urinary incontinence.Methods:A total of 96 patients with mild stress urinary incontinence were selected in our hospital.The patients were divided into two groups by random digital table.48 cases of the observation group were given biofeedback electrical stimulation in pelvic floor rehabilitation,and 48 cases of the control group were given the routine method of the exercise.The severity of urinary incontinence was compared between the two groups after three months of treatment.Results:The scores of urinary incontinence decreased significantly after biofeedback electrical stimulation or Kegel exercise in mild stress urinary incontinence(P<0.001).In addition,the score of urinary incontinence in biofeedback electrical stimulation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001)after treatment.Conclusion:Both biofeedback electrical stimulation and Kegel exercise are effective treatments for mild stress urinary incontinence,but biofeedback electrical stimulation has a better effect.Biofeedback electrical stimulation is a safe,effective and simple treatment method,and is worthy of clinical application.
