晚发型重度子痫前期孕妇血清硒与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平的变化 被引量:3

Change of Serum Selenium and Glutathione Peroxidase Levels in Pregnant Women with Late Onset of Severe Preeclampsia

摘要 目的:检测血清中硒和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)在晚发型重度子痫前期中的改变情况,分析其在疾病辅助诊断中的价值。方法:选取孕期≥34周正常妊娠和重度子痫前期孕妇作为研究对象。检测血清中硒和GPx水平,并评价GPx水平与晚发型重度子痫前期之间的关系。结果:共纳入符合标准的晚发型重度子痫前期孕妇和正常妊娠孕妇各73例。重度子痫前期孕妇血清中硒水平为21.6(11.3-105.2)μg/L,显著低于正常孕妇96.2(19.7-155.6)μg/L(P<0.001);重度子痫前期孕妇血清中GPx水平为6.11(0.13-335.72)mU/ml,显著低于正常孕妇的303.81(8.65-591.80)mU/ml(P<0.001)。ROC分析表明区分重度子痫前期和正常孕妇的截断值为硒49.1μg/L、GPx 39.47mU/ml。结论:低水平的硒和GPx可作为辅助诊断晚发型重度子痫前期的有效生物学指标。 Objective:To detect serum selenium(Se)and glutathione peroxidase(GPx)changes in the late onset of severe preeclampsia,and analyze its value in the auxiliary diagnosis of this disease.Methods:Normal pregnant and severe preeclampsia women in the≥34 weeks of pregnancy were chosen as objects.Maternal blood was taken to assess the level of GPx.Results:73 cases of severe preeclampsia patients and 36 cases of normal pregnancy were investigated during this study.The Se level of preeclampsia was 21.6(11.3-105.2)μg/L,significantly lower than normal pregnancy with 96.2(19.7-155.6)μg/L(P<0.001).While the GPx level of preeclampsia was 6.11(0.13-335.72)mU/ml,significantly lower than normal pregnancy with 303.81(8.65-591.80)mU/ml(P<0.001).ROC analysis showed that the cutoff value of Se and GPx to differentiate between late onset of severe preeclampsia and normal pregnancy was 49.1μg/L and 39.47 mU/ml,respectively.Conclusion:Low level of Se and GPx could be used as effective biological indices in the diagnosis of late onset of severe preeclampsia.
