双相障碍患者决策功能的功能磁共振研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 决策是人的认知功能,也是一种心理应激过程。研究发现,决策功能受损是双相障碍抑郁发作期及躁狂发作期均可出现的认知功能障碍,严重影响患者的社会功能。目前对双相障碍决策功能的影像学研究较少,仍需要进一步补充。本文对功能磁共振成像技术在双相障碍决策功能研究的应用进行综述,以进一步探讨双相障碍患者决策功能障碍的特征和神经心理机制。 Decision making is one kind of human being’s cognitive functions, and also regarded as a process of psychological stress. Studies reveal that decision making impairment can both be found in bipolar depressive episodes and manic episodes, which seriously influences social functions of bipolar patients. There are few imaging studies focus on decision function of bipolar disorder, which is still needed to further explore. In this paper, the functional magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) research in decision function of bipolar disorder were reviewed, in order to find out characteristics of decision function in patients with bipolar disorder and its neuropsychological mechanism.
