凝血因子输注联合激光照射对血友病患者急性皮肤、肌肉及关节出血的疗效

Clinical effect of laser irradiation combined with coagulation factor on acute skin muscle and joint hemorrhage in patients with hemophilia

目的:观察凝血因子输注联合激光照射对血友病患者急性皮肤、肌肉及骨关节出血的疗效。方法:选择我科2015年12月至2017年9月收治的84例血友病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组42例和观察组42例,对照组采用凝血因子输注的方法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用激光局部照射治疗。比较两组患者的临床症状及各种不良反应。结果:观察组患者的疼痛缓解程度、B超评定血肿吸收程度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05);治疗期间两组患者的不良反应,主要为再发出血,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论:对血友病患者急性皮肤、肌肉及关节出血采取凝血因子输注联合激光照射治疗,效果显著,能明显提高治疗效果,且安全可靠,值得在临床上推广及应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of coagulation factor infusion combined with laser irradiation on acute skin muscle and bone and joint hemorrhage in patients with hemophilia.Methods:Eighty-four patients with hemophilia admitted to our department from December 2015 to September 2017 were randomly divided into the control group(n=42,coagulation factor treatment)and combinated treatment group(n=42,coagulation factor+laser irradiation).The clinical symptoms and adverse reac-tions of the two groups were compared.Results:The degree of pain relief and the degree of hemato-ma absorption in combinated treatment group were significantly better than those in control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No difference was found in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laser irradiation treatment for acute skin,muscle and joint bleeding in patients with hemophilia has significant effects,and it is safe and reliable for clinical application.
