摘要
RNA结合蛋白(RBPs)参与RNA转录后调控和翻译,它在细胞凋亡、细胞周期等细胞生命活动中发挥着至关重要的作用,并且基于其在肿瘤和神经保护方面的相关研究显示,它是目前研究细胞内RNA调节方式的热点,但对其的机制研究尚不清楚,本文以RNA结合基序蛋白3(RBM3)分子为代表就RNA结合蛋白的基本结构、机制和研究进展进行综述。
RNA binding proteins(RBPs)are involved in the regulations and translations of RNAs post-transcriptionally,which play a vital role in life activities of cells such as apoptosis and cell cycle.Recently,RBPs have become a research focus on studying the intracellular regulations of RNAs based on its related researches on tumors and neuroprotection.However,the study of the mechanism is not clear yet.In this article,we take RNA binding motif protein 3(RBM3)molecules as an exmaple to provide a review of current mechanism and research progress of RNA binding proteins.
