法舒地尔联合养血清脑颗粒对慢性脑供血不足的效果

Shu Ground, Combined To Raise the Effect of Serum Brain Granules on Chronic Brain

目的探讨分析法舒地尔联合养血清脑颗粒对慢性脑供血不足的效果。方法选取我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的慢性脑供血不足患者114例,分为观察组和对照组,每组57例,分别给予法舒地尔联合养血清脑颗粒及单纯尼莫地平片,对比两组治疗有效率、治疗前后血脂变化等情况。结果观察组总有效率、血液流变学参数情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论法舒地尔联合养血清脑颗粒治疗慢性脑供血不足效果显著,能有效改善患者血液流变学和血流动力学,降低患者血脂,安全性较高,值得临床推广和应用。

objective to study the analysis, the shu ground, combined to raise the effect of serum brain granules on chronic brain. Methods Select our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, patients with chronic brain, a total of 114 cases, two groups can be divided into observation group and control group, 57 cases in each group, respectively give shu to farmar combined to raise serum brain particles and pure nim to plain radiographs, compared two groups of efficient and blood lipid changes before and after treatment, and so on and so forth. Results two group total effective rate, liver cholesterol and triglyceride were better than control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion the method is easy, combined to raise serum brain granule for the treatment of chronic brain effect significantly, can effectively improve blood rheology and hemodynamics, reduce blood fat, high security, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
