摘要
目的探讨以护士胜任力为基础的岗前培训方法在ICU新护士培训中的作用效果。方法选取我院ICU46名新进护士作为研究对象,采用重视护士岗位胜任力培训的培训内容,进行正规的岗前培训,采用自制的理论和技能考核试卷及对护士长、带教老师、临床医生的调查问卷,对ICU新护士岗位培训实施前后分别进行考核、调查,并对考核及调查结果进行比较分析。结果经过以护士胜任力为基础的岗前培训,基本理论知识、专科知识和技能培训成绩明显提高(P<0.05),合格率达100%。护士长、带教老师、临床医生对其观察抢救意识、护理水平、工作态度、团队协作4个方面的满意度均在90%以上,显著高于培训前,结果均具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论以护士胜任力为基础的岗前培训能够使新护士尽快适应ICU的护理工作,提高了整体护理水平。
Objective To explore the effect of pre service training methods to nurse competency based training of new nurses in ICU. Methods in our hospital ICU46 name new nurses as the research object, the pay attention to nurses' competency training training content, formal pre service training, using self-made theory and skills examination papers and nurse belt teaching teacher and clinician questionnaires, on job training of new nurses in ICU before and after the implementation of were examination, investigation, and the assessment and survey results were compared and analyzed. Results after a nurse competency based pre job training and basic theoretical knowledge, professional knowledge and skills training result significantly increased(P < 0.05), qualified rate of 100%. Nurse, with teaching teachers, clinicians on the observed rescue consciousness, the satisfaction level of care, work attitude, team cooperation four aspects are in more than 90%, significantly higher than that of training before. The result have remarkable significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion in order to nurse competency for foundation of pre service training can make new nurses adapt the ICU nursing work as soon as possible, to improve the overall level of care.
