摘要
目的探讨产科护士集中培训考核对护士掌握母乳喂养相关知识掌握的效果。方法培训前后对40名产科护士进行母乳喂养理论、技能、临床实践能力和个案追踪考核。采用理论培训与技能培训考核相结合的方法进行集中式培训。结果参加培训的40名护士,培训前后两者成绩比较差异有统计学意义。结论采取集中式培训考核方法,提高了产科护士沟通能力、主动学习和"实战"能力。
Objective To investigate the obstetric nurses concentrated training appraisal for nurses to master relevant knowledge to master the effect of breastfeeding. Methods before and after the training of 40 obstetric nurses to breastfeed theory, skill and clinical practice ability, case tracking assessment. By theoretical and skill training examination method of combining the centralized training. Results 40 nurses to attend training, both before and after the training result comparison difference was statistically significant. Conclusion adopt the centralized training appraisal method and improve the obstetric nurses communication, active learning and 'real' ability.
