激光治疗大隐静脉曲张临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Laser Treatment of Varicosities

目的本研究分析腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效。方法选取自2016年2月至2018年1月在本院治疗的50例大隐静脉曲张患者,并将其随机分为两组,传统治疗组以及激光治疗组,每组25例。对两组手术时间、切口数以及切口长度进行比较,观察临床疗效以及手术并发症。结果激光治疗组治疗的总有效率高达96.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);激光治疗组的手术时间(101.5±31.6)min、切口数量(7.2±2.2)个、切口长度(1.3±0.6)cm以及住院时间(7.9±2.1)d都比传统手术组的数值小,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);激光治疗组疼痛率、发热率、切口愈合不良率以及皮下血肿率都比传统手术治疗组要好,并发症发生率为20%,低于传统治疗的52%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激光治疗手术和传统手术治疗大隐静脉曲张相比,有着时间短、恢复快、损伤小以及术后没有并发症等优势。

Objective This article analyzes the efficacy of endovascular laser varicose vein treatment.Methods A total of 50 patients with major saphenous vein varicosis who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the traditional treatment group and the laser treatment group,with 25 cases in each group.The operation time,incision number and incision length of two surgical patients were compared to observe the clinical efficacy and surgical complications.Results The total effective rate of laser treatment group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of control group(72.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The operation time of laser treatment group was 101.5±31.6 min,The number of incision(7.2±2.2),incision length(1.3±0.6)cm and hospitalization time(7.9±2.1 d)were smaller than those of the traditional operation group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Laser surgery group,the pain rate,fever,incision healing rate and subcutaneous hematoma and other indicators were better than the traditional surgical treatment group,the incidence of complications was 20%,52% less than the traditional treatment,the difference was statistically Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional surgical treatment of saphenous vein varicosity,laser treatment has the advantages of short time,quick recovery,small damage and no postoperative complications.
