糖尿病视网膜病变的数码眼底照相筛查临床探讨

Clinical Study of Digital Fundus Photography Screening for Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨数码眼底照相在糖尿病患者眼底筛查以及糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)诊断分期中的应用价值,以指导本病症临床诊治工作。方法选择2016年11月至2017年12月我院眼科收诊的240例(461只眼)患者,采用TOPCON TRC.50DX眼底彩色数码照相机进行眼底照相检查,并对DR进行诊断分期。结果参与本研究的240例糖尿病患者检查出DR的62例,其中I期24例,Ⅱ期16例,Ⅲ期10例,IV期6例,V期5例,VI期1例,可采用分期治疗原则对DR患者进行治疗。结论可采用数码眼底照相方式筛查DR,提升早期检出率,指导防盲治盲工作,该检查技术在严格疾患筛查中有一定推广价值。

Objective To explore the value of digital ocular fundus photography in the diagnosis and staging of diabetic retinopathy(DR)for diabetic patients,in order to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods 240 cases(461 eyes)of the ophthalmology of our hospital in December^2017 November 2016 were selected,and the fundus photography was performed by TOPCON TRC.50 DX color digital camera,and the diagnostic staging of DR was carried out.Results 240 cases of diabetic patients who participated in this study examined 62 cases of DR,including 24 cases in I,16 in Ⅱ,10 in Ⅲ,6 in IV,5 in V,and 1 in VI stage for DR patients.Conclusion Digital fundus photography can be used to screen DR,improve early detection rate,guide blind prevention and cure blindness.This examination technique has a certain promotion value in strict disease screening.blindness.
