摘要
目的探析细针穿刺细胞学用于乳腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法选取2016年10月至2017年8月于我院接受治疗的100例乳腺肿瘤患者为主要研究对象,随机将其分为两组,每组50例。A组患者用细针穿刺细胞学检查,B组患者用超声检查,所有患者均接受组织病理学检查,对超声、细针穿刺细胞学与组织病理学检查在乳腺疾病诊断上的临床价值进行对比分析。结果在假阳性率和特异性上,A组患者和B组患者对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组患者的假阴性率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者的检查敏感性、准确性均明显高于B组,两组对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺肿瘤的临床鉴别和诊断上,相对于超声检查,细针穿刺细胞学的敏感性和准确性相对较高,可为乳腺肿瘤的性质判断提供准确依据,从而制定针对性的治疗方案,以提升乳腺肿瘤患者的生存质量。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of fine needle aspiration cytology for breast tumors.Methods From October 2016 to August 2017,100 breast cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The patients in group A were examined by fine needle aspiration cytology,the patients in group B were examined by ultrasound,and all the patients received histopathological examination.The clinical value of ultrasound,fine needle aspiration cytology and histopathology in the diagnosis of breast disease was compared and analyzed.Results In the false positive rate and specificity,the difference between the A group and the B group was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the false negative rate of the A group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the groups,P<0.05.The sensitivity and accuracy of the patients in the group A were significantly higher than those in the B group,and the difference between the two groups was significantly worse.The difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis and diagnosis of breast tumors,the sensitivity and accuracy of fine needle aspiration cytology are relatively high relative to ultrasound examination,which can provide an accurate basis for the judgement of the nature of breast tumors,so as to formulate a targeted treatment plan to improve the quality of breast cancer patients.
