摘要 脊髓缺血再灌注损伤(Spinal cord ischemia reperfusion injury,SCIRI)是目前临床上的治疗难点,也是热点,其发生机制尚不清楚,其治疗也缺乏有确切疗效的方案。研究发现脊髓微循环障碍在SCIRI中扮演重要角色,但其作用机制尚不清楚,目前国内尚无文献进行综述。因此本文从脊髓微循环的构成、功能、观察手段及血流动力学改变与SCIRI的关系做一综述。 Spinal cord ischemia reperfusion injury(SCIRI)is currently a difficult and hot point in clinical treatment.The mechanism of its occurrence is not yet clear,and its treatment also lacks a solution with definite curative effect.The study found that the microcirculatory disturbance of the spinal cord plays an important role in SCIRI,but its mechanism of action is still unclear.At present,there is no literature review in China.Therefore,this article reviews the relationship between the composition,function,observation methods and hemodynamic changes of spinal cord microcirculation after SCIRI.
