基于放松训练的心理护理对胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌手术患者疼痛的影响

Effects of psychological nursing based on relaxation training on pain of patients with NSCLC after thoracoscopic surgery

目的探讨基于放松训练的心理护理对胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌手术患者疼痛的影响。方法选取2017年1～12月胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌手术患者80例。随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用基于放松训练的心理护理。结果与护理前比较,全部患者护理后疼痛程度评分、SAS评分、SDS评分与SCL-90评分明显降低,疼痛知识掌握评分明显增高(P<0.05)。与对照组护理后比较,研究组护理后疼痛程度评分、SAS评分、SDS评分与SCL-90评分明显降低,疼痛知识掌握评分明显增高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组治疗依从率与护理满意率明显增高(P<0.05)。结论基于放松训练的心理护理有助于明显缓解胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌手术患者的疼痛程度,改善心理状况,提高治疗依从性与护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of psychological nursing based on relaxation training on pain of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) after thoracoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with NSCLC who underwent thoracoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 randomly divided into research group and control group,with 40 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing,however,the patients in research group,on the basis of control group, were treated by psychological nursing based on relaxation training.Results As compared with those before nursing,the pain scores,SAS scores,SDS scores and SCL-90 scores were significantly decreased in both groups,but pain knowledge scores were significantly increased(P<0.05).After nursing, as compared with those in control group,the pain scores,SAS scores,SDS scores and SCL-90 scores in research group were significantly decreased,but the pain knowledge scores were significantly increased(P<0.05). Moreover as compared with those in control group,the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction degree in research group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing based on relaxation training is helpful to relieve significantly the pain extent of patients with NSCLC after thoracoscopic surgery,improve psychologic status,improve treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction degree,therefor, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
