PICC专科门诊对肿瘤PICC置管患者依从性和导管自我维护能力的影响

Effects of PICC special outpatient clinic on compliance and catheter self-maintenance ability of patients with tumor PICC catheterization

目的研究经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)专科门诊对肿瘤PICC置管患者依从性和导管自我维护能力的影响。方法行PICC置管术的肿瘤患者90例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组在各病区进行PICC置管和维护,观察组在PICC专科门诊进行PICC置管和维护,比较2组PICC导管维护依从情况、PICC相关知识掌握情况及导管自我维护能力测定量表(ESCA)评分。结果观察组PICC导管维护依从率、PICC相关知识掌握达标率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组护理前ESCA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组护理后ESCA评分均显著高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组ESCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为肿瘤患者设立PICC专科门诊能够有效提高肿瘤PICC置管患者依从性和导管自我维护能力,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of peripheral vein imbedding central venous catheter(PICC)special outpatient clinic on compliance and catheter self-maintenance ability of patients with tumor PICC catheterization.Methods A total of 90 tumor patients who underwent PICC in our hospital from Jun 2017 to Jun 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The patients in control group received PICC catheterization and maintanence in PICC special outpatient clinic,however the patients in observation group received PICC catheterization and maintanence in PICC special outpatient clinic.The compliance,mastery status of PICC related knowledge and the scores of catheter self-maintenace ability measurement scale(ESCA)were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The compliance rate and control rate of PICC related knowledge in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in ESCA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing the ESCA scores in both groups were significantly higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),moreover,which in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of PICC special outpatient clinic can effectively improve the compliance and catheter self-maintenance ability of tumor patients with PICC catheterization,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
