TSF导轨软带在重型机床上的应用

本文介绍了TSF软带和DJ胶粘剂的应用特性试验,提出了在重型机床上应用软带导轨的设计原则及工艺方法。按本工艺软带粘接固化后,不需机械加工或刮研,精度就可达到设计、工艺及有关的技术标准。

The paper introduces applicating performance tests of TSF soft strip and DJ adhesive agent, and puts forward the principle of design and method of technology about applicating of TSF soft strip for guideways on the heavy duty machine tools. After adhering and solidifying by the technology, the guideways is not necessary to machining and scraping, and the accuracies of design and concerned technical requirements can be obtained.
