在中央政府政策的驱动下,"电商+快递"成为企业布局或占据农村市场的固定模式,对"电商+快递"模式下的农村物流情况进行走访调查,发现"电商+快递"不能解决农村市场平衡发展问题并成为农村物流体系建设的核心,通过对"电商+快递"模式进行分析和冷静思考,发现搭建县域物流枢纽才是解决农村物流建设的核心,为此,从生产企业、物流产业、区域、国家等层面提出以搭建县域物流枢纽为核心的农村物流建设对策。

Driven by the policy of central government, 'ecommerce + express' has become a fixed mode in the rural market. After the investigation of rural logistics situation under the 'e-commerce + express', it is found that 'e-commerce + express' can not solve the problem of balanced development of rural market and become the core of rural logistics system construction. Through the analysis and calm thinking of 'e-commerce + express' mode, it is found that building county logistics hub is the core of solving rural logistics construction.so, it puts forward the countermeasures of rural logistics construction at the level of production enterprises, logistics industry, region and country, with the core of building county logistics hub.
