从不同社会人群对体育教师社会角色的理解看体育教师专业化发展目标

Study the Object of Physical Education Teacher from Different View of People

通过对体育教师、大学生、中学生 3类人群关于体育教师社会角色认定的调查 ,发现他们对体育教师角色的选择、价值、形象和期望等方面存在一定差异 ,但也有许多共同之处 ,据此提出体育教师专业化发展的目标与途径。

The article finds different and same points at the P.E. teachers' character choose, valuable, image, hope in the study of locating the role of the P. E. teacher from college and middle school students and the teachers' view. It proposes the object and way in the development of P.E. teachers' specification at the base of ahead.
