This literature is a synthetic study of women javelin in China. It contains the parts of the training analysis, (skilled training, Physical training, and mental training) training arrangement, and the research of athletic injuries. In this literature, it assembles a group of famous coaches, experts, and scholars from the decade of 90 to new.We hope this literature might provide some convenience in improving the level of women javelin in China.
