摘要
高校办公室是学校的综合管理部门和内外联系的窗口,协调工作是它的基本职能。做好协调工作,必须坚持协调工作的基本原则,转变服务观念,树立超前思考和主动参与的意识,进一步加强理论业务学习,不断提高工作人员素质,建立和完善科学的合理的协调工作机制。
University' s office is a complex management department and inside and outside window of the university, coordination is its basic function . To do it better, all the missionaries must stick to the basic principle of the coordination, change the service conception , establish the consciousness of thinking ahead and partaking forwardly. And also, they should strengthen the study of theoretic and operation to heighten their diathesis, establish and perfect the scientific and rational work mechanism of the coordination .
