摘要
高校干部的监督管理中存在着认识不到位、制度不健全、监督孤立化等问题 ,应从加强监督教育、完善监督机制、拓宽监督渠道入手 ,通过监督制度的立体化、监督程序的规范化、监督管理的一体化、监督结果的权威化 。
In cadre supervision and management in colleges and universities there exist problems such as insufficient cognition, imperfect system and isolated monitoring. We should strengthen the education, improve the mechanism and widen the channel of supervision. By amplifying the system, standardizing the procedure, integrating the management and authorizing the results, we can achieve a linkage effect in supervision and management of cadres.
