摘要
人才是高等学校发展的基础。面对日趋激烈的人才竞争 ,高校人事工作者只有转换观念 ,加强学习 ,提高素质 。
Talents are the foundation of the development of institutions of higher learning institutes. Faced with increasingly intense talent competitions, personnel management workers in colleges and universities have to renew their concepts by learning hard so as to improve their qualities and meet the needs of modern personnel work which gives priority to the development and employment of brain resources.
