德育是素质教育的灵魂和核心 ,德育工作是思想政治工作的重要组成部分。在新时期 ,我们必须摆脱传统的工作思路和落后的工作手段 ,必须研究大学生思想活动的新特点、新规律 ,必须在德育工作的内容、方法、队伍等方面与时俱进地创新发展。只有这样 ,才能进一步加强和改进高校德育工作 。

Moral education is the soul and core of quality education as well as an important component of ideological and political education. In the new period, we should shake off the traditional working thoughts and those out of date means. Instead, we should study the new features and patterns of students' mentality and creatively advance the moral work in terms of its contents, methods and working team so as to keep them up with the times. Only in this way can we further strengthen and improve moral education and initiate new prospects for college moral education.
