在 0 .2mol L的磷酸溶液中 ,茜素红有一灵敏极谱峰 ,其峰电位是 - 0 .2 0V (vs .SCE)。峰电流与茜素红的浓度在 5 .0× 1 0 -7～ 5 .0× 1 0 -5mol L范围内呈线性关系 (r =0 .9989) ,检测下限为 3.0× 1 0 -7mol L。利用线性扫描极谱法和循环伏安法研究了茜素红的电化学性质。

In 0.2mol/L phosphoric acid solution , the Alizarin red has been observed a reduction peak at -0.20V (vs.SCE) by using linear-sweep polarography. The peak current is proportional to the concentration of Alizarin red in the range 5.0×10 -7～5.0×10 -5mol/L with r=0.9989. The detection limit is 3.0×10 -7mol/L. The electrochemical behaviour of Alizarin red was investigated by using linear-sweep polarography and cyclic voltammetry.
