浅谈高校腐败现象的滋生与治理

On Propagation and Control of Corruption in Campus

反腐败是一项关系到党和国家生死存亡的严重政治斗争。高校腐败现象滋生的重要原因是由于新旧办学体制在交替过程中的不完善。建立健全高校反腐败的领导体制和工作机制、加强防治腐败的制度建设、加大查处违法违纪案件的力度、加强法纪道德教育、切实提高教职工的福利待遇是治理高校腐败现象的基本途径。

The main reason for propagation of corruption in campus is imperfection of replacement of new system of running school for the old one.The effective resolution is to establish the leadership and working system of anti-corruption; reinforce the construction of anti-corruption system;to improve the ability of investigating and dealing with the violation to the law and discipline;to strengthen the moral education and promote welfare of the staff.
