Contrastive Research between Chinese Education And Belgian Education

中国和比利时在教育方面的差异主要表现在入学率、教育方式、教育理念上。造成这种差异的根本原因是经济问题 ,即中国在国民生产总值、国民生产总值中直接教育开支的比例和政府财政支出中教育经费的比例都比较小。我国教育要赶上世界发达国家 ,其思路是 :扩大招生 ,提高入学率 ;加大政府投入 ,多方筹措资金 ;多渠道办学 ,鼓励、扶持民办高等教育 ;实行教育成本分担制。

When concerning the difference in respect of education field in both China and Belgium,it is mainly represented in the enrollment rate,educational methods, and educational concepts.The main reasons making these differences are the economic problems,that is,GDP,percentage of direct educational expenditure out of GDP,and percentage of educational outlay out of the government financial expenditure.If China has decided to catch up with other developed countries in the world,it must adopt these measures:first,expanding the recruitment of students and raising enrollment rate;second,strengthening government input and raising money in various aspects;third,making schooling with various means,encouraging and supporting private higher education;fourth,setting up a system which can share in educational cost.
