中小学教师继续教育工作存在的问题及对策研究

Research on Problems and Countermeasures in Continuous Education

中小学教师继续教育实施几年来 ,取得了长足的发展和引人注目的成绩 ,但也因各种因素的制约 ,发展尚不平衡 ,存在一些亟待解决的问题。本文具体分析了中小学继续教育工作中存在的一些问题 ,提出了改进和完善的设想。

Conrtinuous education for primary and secondary school teachers has made rapid progress and noticeable achievement after some years' execution,but the development is not so well-balanced with some restriction.This article analyzes some problems of continuous education in primary and sencondary schools and puts forward some tentative ideas to develope and improve it.
