摘要
高校人事制度改革是一项复杂的系统工程 ,需要以详实、科学的统计信息为支撑和依据。本文根据人事统计工作的一般规律和原则 ,就高校人事制度改革视野中的人事统计地位、作用、意义和准则进行探讨 ,目的是使人事统计工作更好地为高校人事制度改革服务。
University personnel system reform is a complicated systematic program, depending on the detailed and scientific statistic data. On the basis of the law and the principle of personnel system reform, the author will argue on the position, functions, significances and values of the personnel statistics with the visions in university personnel system reform for the purpose of enabling the personnel statistics to meet the demand of university personnel system reform.
