For a very long time people have been considering that Marks theory of Labor Value and Micheats theory of propionates price are two contradictory theoretic systems. The article has been trying to illustrate and analyze the following ideas from the theory of system the theory of labor values the internal interpretation of external environment of the existence of commodities producing system; and the theory of proportionate price provides the external interpretation of the realization of commodities value. A complete system function should arrive at the overall functions mastering with the unification both in internal and external interrelations.
