谈大学英语教学中的素质教育

The Quality Education in Higher Education Field

在英语教学领域里 ,实施素质教育是一个非常重要的课题。但在我国的大、中、小学里 ,英语教学相互脱节 ,应试教学十分严重。我们认为要重新认识英语素质的内涵 ,重点转变教师的指导思想 ,转变教学模式 ,加强学生讲练机会 ,同时注意提高教师和学生的文化素质 ,从而达到提高素质教育的目的。

in the English teaching field, quality education should be more and more important. Since in college, middle school and elementary school, there is the lack of linking among them. Exam-orientated method is very popular. We think that we have to study the definition of quality education, in order to adjust the teachers method and the ideas of them, to apply the communicative means and to ask the students to speak more. Only in this way can the quality education be achieved.
