摘要
社会主义市场经济条件下的大学生就业制度改革 ,冲击着人们头脑中传统的就业观念。面对新时代的机遇和挑战 ,认真分析大学生在择业过程中出现的观念问题、思想问题、能力问题、管理问题 ,并提出相应对策 。
Reform of undergraduate job getting system under the situation of socialist market economy charges at the traditional job getting conception.With opportunities and challenges in new times, the prerequisites and basis for doing a good job of undergraduate job choosing education are to make a careful analysis of the conceptional, ideological, competence and management problems that arise in the process of job choosing, and to offer corresponding countermeasures.
