班主任在民族预科教育中是一支重要的力量。本文论述了班主任在预科教育中的作用，分析了班主任工作积极性不高的原因及对策，提出要重视对班主任的培训，加强班主任与任课教师的联系，采取特殊方法管理体育特招生的建议，以加快预科教育改革的步伐，提高预科的教学质量和管理水平。
The teacher in charge of a class plays an important role in the preparatory education for national minority. In this article,the writer accounts for the lack of positivity of the teacher in charge of a class and suggests they be educated and keep the intercommunion with the other teachers of different courses. Some special means must be taken to manage the special individuals,such as the students being good at physical training. The writer discusses about how to speed up the reform of education so as to promote the quality of teaching as well as the level of management.
