Pushing forward the institutional innovation for the service of the development of the private enterprises

财产主体、市场主体的多元化及中国加入WTO,需要对政策和制度设计的基础进行重新审视,为制度创新创造条件,坚持"多元化"与"一体保护"的统一。制度创新,是服务民营经济发展的关键。

In this paper, the author indicates that the main body of property, market diversification and China entry into the WTO need a new review to the foundation of policymaking and institution designing. The innovation of the system of organization is the key to the development of private enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to have favourable circumstances for the innovation and the unification of diversity and monopoly.
