随着现代企业经营环境的急剧变化,企业的理财观念也得以快速地发展。目前我国现代企业正逐步确立的理财新观念主要有:资本经营观念、现金流量观念、网络理财观念、国际化理财观念、目标协调理财观念、风险理财观念、绿色理财观念。

With the rapid change of the managerial environment of modern enterprises, the financing concept has been developing rapidly. This paper presents the new concepts being established step by step in the modern enterprises in China at present ,which are the concepts of capital management, cash discharge, financing by network , international financing, financing by target condition, risk financing and financing with environmental protection.
