Polyurethane foam insulation material has special properties and obvious advantages,which are applied in building insulation. External insulation materials should have good flame resistance to improve the properties of fire safety of the buildingl. The author summarized the development of polyurethane foam materials,which are halogen-free, low smoke, non-toxic. In the future,the development direct of polyurethane foam materials should turn to meet market demand, fire safety, ease of construction, low cost, cost-effective.
