摘要 以硅胶为载体,采用浸渍法制备了硅胶负载型TiO_2-SiO_2催化剂,考察了焙烧方式、钛负载量、加水量、钛硅比对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明:当w(Ti)为5%,实际加水量与理论加水量(以钛酸四丁酯为准)的摩尔比为5∶1,n(Ti)∶n(Si)为12∶1,400℃焙烧4 h时,制备的催化剂的催化效果最好。用其制备的聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯(PTT)的特性黏度最高,为0.856 0 d L/g。采用经马弗炉处理的催化剂制备的PTT色相更好。 A kind of silica-supported TiO2-SiO2 catalyst was prepared by impregnation method with silica as the carrier. The effects of the way of calcination, titanium load, water addition and mole ratio of titanium to silicon on catalyst performances were studied. The results show that the catalytic performance of the catalyst is the best when the mass fraction of titanium is 5%, the molar ratio of actual water addition to theoretical water addition is 5:1, the molar ratio of titanium to silicon is 12:1, calcined 4 hours at 400℃. The intrinsic viscosity of the polytrimethylene terephthalate(PTT) prepared with the catalyst reaches 0.856 0 dL/g. The PTT prepared with the catalyst calcined in muffle furnace has better color.
