茂金属聚丙烯国内外技术进展及应用

Technology progress and application of metallocene polypropylene at home and abroad

综述了茂金属聚丙烯(m PP)国内外研究进展、主要的生产工艺及工业化应用。目前,国内对m PP的研究仅限于实验室阶段,尚未有工业化报道。国内市场上销售的m PP均为国外进口。介绍了目前市场上销售的m PP牌号、主要性能及应用领域。m PP可以向以下几个方向发展:均聚聚丙烯弹性体、用茂金属/Ziegler-Natta复合催化剂生产的聚丙烯合金、具有特殊结构和性能的丙烯聚合物等。国内茂金属催化剂的研发及工业化远低于世界水平,应继续加大研发力度,开发m PP新的应用领域,以提高产品在国际市场上的竞争力。

The authors in this paper summarized the research progress, production technology and industrial application of metallocene polypropylene(mPP) at home and abroad. The research about mPP in China is limited in the stage of laboratory research and there was no industrialization report at present. All the mPP sold in domestic market was imported from abroad. The grades, main properties and application of the commercial mPP were also introduced. The mPP could be developed towards homo-polypropylene elastomer, polypropylene alloy produced with metallocene/Ziegler-Natta composite catalyst and propylene polymer with special structure and properties etc. The level of domestic development and industrialization of metallocene catalyst was lower than that of the world. Novel application fields should be developed through increasing the R&D efforts to improve the competitiveness of the product on the international market.
