摘要
本文报道了丁烯氧化脱氢用H-198催化剂的流化床中试开发的结果。考察了催化剂的长期稳定性,操作条件对反应结果的影响,以及在工业生产装置上进行了1000小时试生产验证。结果表明,在反应温度为365—375℃、丁烯空速为260—340小时^(-1)、氧烯比为0.65—0.75(摩尔比)、水烯比为8.5—11(摩尔比)、反应器入口压力为0.35—1.0公斤/厘米~2等条件下操作,可获真实收率60—63%,选择性90—91%,含氧化合物生成率(不含芳烃)0.4%,且不含有机酸,炔烃生成率 0.008%。这些结果再现了实验室所得数据。文中还将本工艺与美国 Petro-Tex公司绝热床丁烯氧化脱氢技术(Oxo-D)作了技术经济比较。
Investigation was carried out on catalyst H-198 for oxidative dehy-drogenation of butene into butadiene in a fluidized-bed reactor of 800 mm in diameter and 12610 mm long. The scale-up factor of laboratory apparatus to pilot reactor was approximately 6000. The results showed that, when the reactor was operated at temperatures of 365-375℃,space velocity of butene of 260-340 hr-1, oxygen to butene molar ratio of 0.65-0.75, steam to butene molar ratio of 8.5-11,reactor inlet pressure of 0.35-1.0 kg/cm2, and butylene content in butene feed of 75-95 mol%, the following results were obtained: butadiene yield 60-63mol%, butabiene selectivity 90-91 mol%, oxygen-containing; by-products 0.4 mol%, and vinylacetylene 0.008 mol%, with no organic acids formed.These results were identical to the laboratory experimental data.This catalyst had also been tested in commercial operations for 1000 hours. The scale-up factor of pilot plant to commercial operation was approximately 15, and the commercial operation results also verified the pilot plant data.
