摘要
本工作研究了以 SDS 嵌段共聚物为主胶的胶粘剂的粘接强度,着重讨论了SD二嵌段的含量、S和 D的嵌段比和添加剂对粘接强度的影响。粘接强度随 SD二嵌段含量的增加呈线性下阵,苯乙烯含量在40%时粘接强度达到极大值,中嵌段树脂可增加胶粘剂的粘性,而末嵌段树脂则可大大提高其粘接强度;还测定了胶粘剂的粘度和玻璃化温度。
Some SDS block copolymers were synthesized by anionic polymerization using difunctional and multi-functional coupling agents. The effect of SD di-block copolymer content, block ratio, med-block and end-block copolymers on the adhesion strength of SDS adhesives were studied.lt was found that the adhesion strength decreased linearly with the increase of di-block copolymer content;the med-block copolymer greatly improved the tackification of SDS adhesives; whereas the end-block copolymers greatly increased the adhesion strength of SDS adhesives.The glass transition temperatures and viscosities of SDS adhesives were also determined and discussed.
