摘要
用二步法由羟端基聚四亚甲基醚、羟端基液体聚丁二烯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯和4,4’-亚甲基双(2-氯苯氨)合成聚醚-聚丁二烯型聚氨酯弹性体。研究结果表明,两种大分子二醇的不同配比和预聚物的不同制备方法对聚合物的抗凝血性能有很大影响。物化分析表明,这类聚合物具有硬段微区-聚醚软段相的微观形态,加入一定比例的聚丁二烯后有利于微相分离,使材料表面达到更合理的亲水-疏水相区的平衡,大大提高了抗凝血性能。
The polyether-polybutadiene urethane were prepared by a two-step technique, using polytetramethylene ether glycol, hydroxyl-terminated polybu-tadiene,2,4-toluene diisocyanate,and 4,4'-methylene-bis(2-chloroaniline). The results indicated that different ratios of polyether to polybutadiene and different methods of preparation of prepolymers had a great influence on anti-thrombogenic characteristics of the products. Analysis of various specimens by means of transmission electonic microscopy, infrared spec-trophotometry,dynamic mechanical property test,and gel permeation chro-matography showed that all the specimens had a morphology of domains of hard segments dispersed in matrix of polyether soft segments.The introduction of polybutadiene into polyether-urethane system led to a more favorable balance between hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties of the polymer,resulting in an increase in the anti-thrombogenic characteristics of the polyurethanes.
