摘要
本文研究了氯丁橡胶与乙烯类单体在溶液体系中的接枝聚合。在接枝聚合过程中,分子链产生链增长和降解两种过程。这两种过程中哪一种为主,这与氯丁橡胶的分子量及其分布,以及反应中机械搅拌的速度有关。接枝改性氯丁橡胶是提高粘接强度的有效方法之一;若再加入一定量的交联剂,则可进一步提高其粘接强度。
The graft copolymerization of vinyl monomers onto neoprene in solution was studied. It is found that there exists two types of reactions during the graft copolymerization, i.e.,molecular chain growth and degradation reactions. The balance of these two reactions depends on the molecular weight and its distribution of the neoprene substrate, and on the speed of mechanical stirring during the graft copolymerization. The graft copolymerization of vinyl monomers onto neoprene is one of the effective methods to improve the adhesion strength of neoprene based adhesives, and if certain amount of crosslinking agent is added to the graft copolymerization system, the adhesion strengths of such adhesives can further be increased.
