摘要
对苯乙烯悬浮聚合进行试验研究,以聚苯乙烯的平均粒径和粒径分布为放大准则,考察了不同挡板宽度、搅拌转速、反应釜直径的影响。得到了相应的关联式,并提出了放大数学模型: N_(工业)=μexp[-(0.7872 d_(32)-0.03866)^(-1)] N模型这为悬浮聚合反应器的放大提供了设计依据。
The effects of the reactor diameter, the baffle width, and the agitation speed on the average particle size and particle size distribution of suspension polystyrene were determined experimentally, and their correlations established to be as follows.where N is the agitation speed,d32 is the Sauter average particle size, and μ is equal to Nfinal/Nmedel. Thus,the above mathematical model can be proposed for the scale-up of suspension polymerization reactors.
