摘要
对环保型与传统丁腈橡胶(NBR)进行了微观结构、相对分子量及其分布、硫化胶的物理机械性能、混炼胶硫化特性、压缩永久变形、耐老化性能以及制品的性能进行了对比研究。结果表明,环保型NBR 3305 E、2907 E与传统NBR 3305、2907的相对分子质量及其分布、微观结构组成略有不同,混炼胶硫化特性、物理机械性能、压缩永久变形以及耐老化等性能相当。使用NBR 3305与NBR 3305 E制备密封制品时物理机械性能和预期使用寿命基本相同,使用NBR 2907 E制备发泡橡胶制品的密度比NBR 2907制品的略低。
Microstructure, relative molecular weight and its distribution, physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizates, curing characteristics, compression permanent deformation, aging resis-tance and product properties of environmentally friendly and traditional nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR) were compared. The results showed that the relative molecular weight and it’s distribution, microstructure of environmental friendly NBR 3305 E and 2907 E were slightly different from those of traditional NBR 3305 and 2907. But the curing characteristics, physical and mechanical properties, compression permanent deformation and aging resistance of the blends were similar. Physical and mechanical properties and expected service life of sealed products made of NBR 3305 and NBR 3305 E were basically the same. The density of foamed rubber products prepared with NBR 2907 E was slightly lower than that of NBR 2907.
