摘要
制备了玄武岩纤维/玻璃纤维/天然橡胶复合材料,考察了纤维层数、纤维取向、天然橡胶的用量和硅烷偶联剂种类对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,当玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维以45°交叉摆放2层、天然橡胶的加入量为50份,采用KH 590作偶联剂时,复合材料的力学性能最佳。与硅烷偶联剂KH 550和Si 69相比,采用KH 590作偶联剂时复合材料的力学性能和热稳定性更好。
Bbasalt fiber/glass fiber/natural rubber composites were prepared, and the effects of fiber layers, fiber orientation, natural rubber content and silane coupling agent type on properties of the composites were investigated. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the composites were the best when the basalt fiber and glass fiber were placed two layers at 45° across each other, 50 phr of natural rubber was added, and the coupling agent was KH 590. The mechanical properties and thermal stability of the composites treated with KH 590 were better than those prepared with silane coupling agent KH 550 and Si 69.
