摘要
分别采用平衡溶胀法和沉降法测定了三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和填料的溶度参数(δ),并对橡胶与填料之间的δ之差与体系的动态流变性能关系进行了研究。结果表明,EPDM与硅酮粉、白炭黑及炭黑之间的δ之差分别为3.6,9.6,5.6 MPa^(1/2)。EPDM与填料之间的δ差值越大,其对应的共混体系的填料网络结构越强。共混体系的填料网络结构强度由弱到强依次为EPDM/硅酮粉、EPDM/炭黑及EPDM/白炭黑。
Solubility parameter(δ) of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer(EPDM) and filler were measured by equilibrium swelling method and sedimentation method respectively. The relationships between the difference of δ between rubber and filler and the dynamic rheological properties of the system were studied. The results showed that the difference of δ between EPDM and silicone powder, silica and carbon black was 3.6, 9.6 and 5.6 MPa1/2, respectively. The larger the difference of δ between EPDM and filler, the stronger the filler network structure of the corresponding blend system. The filler network structure strength of the blend system weak to strong was EPDM/silicone powder, EPDM/carbon black and EPDM/silica.
