摘要
通过吸水率研究,优选了一种吸水率低的三明治结构的SBR力大小及浮力损失率,以漂浮能力较高的闭孔软质泡沫塑料NBR作为浮力材料,制备了具有高浮力的漂浮系统。通过实弹检测、防刺性能测试,设计验证了芳纶无纬布型双防服芯片的结构,最终定型了水上救生式双防服产品。
Through the study of water absorption, a sandwich structure SBR composite fabric with low water absorption was preferred. The buoyancy and buoyancy loss rate were tested and compared, and the floating system with high buoyancy was prepared by using the closed-cell flexible foam NBR with high floating capacity as a buoyant material. Through the firing and impact test, the structure of panel was designed and the life-saving bulletproof and stab-resistant product made of aramid UD was finally prepared.
