摘要
现有乙醛回收装置设计和建设时间较早,乙醛提取效果偏低,且存在逃逸和挥发的情况。在现有乙醛回收装置的基础上进行优化处理:一是对汽提塔和乙醛精馏塔进行改造,改善蒸馏效果;二是对部分管线流向重新设计布局,拓展乙醛回收途径;三是增加部分冷冻水冷凝器。经过以上一系列改造和优化,提高了乙醛回收系统的回流次数,有效遏制了乙醛逃逸,并增加了回收来源,同时提高了乙醛纯度。
The existing acetaldehyde recovery unit was designed and constructed earlier, the extraction effect of acetaldehyde was low, and there was escape and volatilization. On the basis of the existing acetaldehyde recovery unit, the optimization treatment was carried out: first, the reforming of the stripping tower and the acetaldehyde distillation column to improve the distillation effect;second, the redesign of the flow direction of part of the pipeline and the expansion of the acetaldehyde recovery path;the third is to add some refrigerated water condensers. Through the above series of modification and optimization, the reflux times of the acetaldehyde recovery system were improved, the acetaldehyde escape was effectively restrained, the recovery source was increased, and the purity of the acetaldehyde was improved.
