电容换能器中的聚合物驻极体表面电位等温衰减解析式及其应用

摘要 本文依据驻极体内场推动介质中原有载流子的越垒电流等于驻极体电荷衰减时率的负值的物理过程,导出了电容换能器中聚合物驻极体表面电位等温衰减的解析式。该式与实验结果一致。据此,重建了驻极体高温外推法,解释了迄今为止的诸多驻极体稳定性实验现象。 According as the hopping current of the carrier in dielectrics driven by the internal field of the electret is numerically equal to the negative value of the rate of the charge decay of the electret, the analytic formula of the isothermal decay of the surface potential of the polymer electrets in the condenser transducer is derived in this paper. This formula accords with the experimental results. The extrapolation at high temperature of electrets can be re-established. Hence, so far many experimental phenomena of stability of electrets can be explained.
