目的 :研究生苦黄颗粒剂对 型及 型超敏反应的作用。方法 :分别建立 、 型超敏反应的实验动物模型 ,对实验小鼠给予生苦黄颗粒进行动物实验。结果 :生苦黄颗粒剂浸膏 0 .16m l/ 2 0 g抑制实验鼠毛细血管通透性( P <0 .0 0 1) ,0 .16ml/ 2 0 g抑制 Weister大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏反应 ( P<0 .0 1) ,0 .16ml/ 2 0 g抑制二硝基氟苯所致昆明种小鼠变态反应性接触性皮炎 ( P <0 .0 1)。结论 :生苦黄颗粒剂对于 型及
Objective: To investigate the effects of SKU on I and Ⅳ Types of hypersensitivity mouse. Methods: Established the model of I and Ⅳ Types of Hypersensitivity mouse respectively, and treated with SKH. Results: The results showed a suppressive effect of SKH on perviousness of capillary blood vessel (P<0.001), and a marked suppressive effect of SKH on PCA (Passive cutaneous anaphylaxis), and DNFB allergic contact dermatitis was restricted by SKH (P<0.01). Conclusion: It is suggested that SKH has a significant suppressive effect on I and Ⅳ Types of Hypersensitivity.
