不同含量硝酸咪康唑栓治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病的疗效对比

Comparison of the Efficacy of Miconazole Nitrate Suppository at different dosed in the Treatment of Vulvovaginal Candidiasis

目的 :对比不同含量硝酸咪康唑栓 ( 2 0 0、40 0 mg/粒 )治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病的疗效。方法 :选择年龄 18～60岁的阴道分泌物念珠菌镜检阳性的非妊娠妇女 ,随机分成两组 ,初诊时对其病情严重程度进行评分 ,将停药后 7～10日、2 8～ 3 5日的病情评分及阴道分泌物念珠菌镜检结果进行对比。结果 :筛选 142例 ,完成有效病例 13 3例。两组在年龄、月经周期、性伴侣念珠菌感染史、是否使用抗生素或肾上腺皮质激素、病情严重程度等方面无显著性差异 ( P >0 .0 5 )。停药后 7～ 10日的总显效率分别为 91.8% ( 2 0 0 mg)、91.7% ( 40 0 m g) ,停药后 2 8～ 3 5日为 91.8% ( 2 0 0 m g)、95 .8% ( 40 0 mg) ,统计学分析无显著性差异 ( P >0 .0 5 )。停药后 7～ 10日的真菌学转阴率分别为 96.7% ( 2 0 0 mg)。94.4% ( 40 0 mg) ,停药后 2 8～ 3 5日为 95 .15 % ( 2 0 0 mg)、95 .8% ( 40 0 mg) ,统计学无显著性差异。无毒副反应发生。结论 :硝酸咪康唑栓 2 0 0 mg、40 0 m g治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病疗效相似 ,40 0 m

Objective: To compare the efficacy of 200 mg and 400 mg of miconazole nitrate Suppository in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods: To select the non-pregnancy woman of from 18 to 60 year in which microscopic examination of vaginal discharge were positive reaction. The subjects were divided into 200 mg group and 400 mg group at random. Scoring the patient by the severity of diseases in first ambulatory treatment. The scores of severity of diseases and the results of microscopic examination of the vaginal discharge of 7-10 days and 28~35 days after interruption of treatment were compared between two groups. Results: 142 cases were screened, 133 cases completed the test protocol. In both groups, there were no significant differences of the age, menstrual cycle and severity of diseases etc (P>0.05). The general efficacy of two groups after the treatment of 7~10 days were 91.8%(200 mg) and 91.7%(400 mg), for 28~35 days were 91.8%(200 mg) and 95.8%(400 mg), there were no significant differences between the two groups. The rate of negative changing of mycology the treatment of 7~10 days were 96.7%(200 mg) and 94.4%(400 mg), for 28~35 days were 95.1%(200 mg) and 95.8%(400 mg), there were no significant differences between the two groups. No serious adverse events occurred. Conclusion: The efficacy of both miconazole nitrate suppository 200 mg and 400 mg are similar in the treatment of Vulvovaginal Candidiasis, miconazole nitrate Suppository 400 mg has better compliance in treatment.
